Refunds & Returns
If you receive your package with a leaky bottle or a broken trigger sprayer, please contact us, or call 800-596-0766 (Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5 pm EST). Let us know your name, your order number, and the damaged or defective item(s) you received. We will require a photograph(s) of the damaged good(s) to begin the process of your refund. You can send the photos and other information to email@example.com. Without this information we will be unable to refund your product(s).
If you are unhappy with any item purchased from www.myabsolutegreen.com we accept returns on unused and unopened items. Because of the cost of freight, Absolute Green does not have the capacity to cover the cost of returns. We will refund the amount (via the same method of payment) within 7 days once we have received and inspected the products.
